The job

When a business has sites in several states, it is easier and cheaper to do them all as one project. Same design, same panels and inverters, same testing at handover, so every site performs the same way and you can compare their bills directly.

The 153 kWh of battery storage covers the early morning and the evening, when the panels are not producing much but the sites are still open. That is usually where the expensive part of a commercial power bill comes from.

Modelled from the installed system size at 1,530 kWh per kWp a year in Queensland, 18 cents per kWh blended across self-consumption and export, $850 per kW installed after certificates, and 0.7 kg of CO2e a kWh for the Queensland grid.
